House Rule of Temusuka

These are term and regulation for our villa.


Rule 01

Refund & Cancellation

10% payment from the total amount will be charged for cancellation or changes made 45 days before the scheduled check-in date. All payments made will be forfeited for cancellation or changes made less than 45 days before the scheduled check-in date. In the event of force majeure, no cancellation can be made but only changes on a date.

Rule 02

Booking & Reservation

Deposit /Advance payment of 50% of the Accommodation Price is required to reserve the date. The balance amount is payable at least two (2) weeks before the check-in date.

Rule 03

Relating to Other Booking Websites and Agencies

We are not associated with any kind of booking websites and agencies ( Eg. agoda.com, booking.com,airbnb.com ). Please refer to our host,  Pn. Siti (+6012-6371990) for any booking enquires. 

Rule 05

Security Deposit

Security Deposit of RM 500.00 (Cash) during the check in. This security deposit will be return to guests prior to check-out. Any damaged, missing items and house of rules violated will be charge from the security deposit.

Rule 06

Tax

All Guests is subject to Heritage Tax @ RM 2.00 on per room per night basis.
All Foreign Tourist is subject to TourismTax ( TTx) @ RM 10.00 on per room per night basis & Heritage Tax @ RM 2.00 on per room per night basis  

Rule 07

Time of Check In & Out

All Guests is subject to follow the check in and out time as stated to allow smooth flow of other guest to stay.
